To ensure my collectors feel confident and relaxed about buying my work online I am now offering 30 day returns.
I appreciate that some people may feel a bit nervous about buying a painting online if they’ve never seen it in person, I would like to change that. I would like to give you time to see the painting in your own home to be sure it’s the right painting for you. This will give you the opportunity to see how the piece interacts with the lighting, wall colour and furniture in your space.
My priority is keeping my collectors happy. I want you to love your new painting so please let me know if you have any issues and I’ll do my utmost to resolve them as soon as possible.
If for any reason you would like to return your painting all I ask is that you cover the return costs and that I receive the painting back free of any damage. Please let me know if you would like to return the painting before sending it back as it may be possible to arrange a pick up instead.
